My family and I picked the 7 pounds of raspberries that went into this beer at Edenberry Farms in Lakeport. Hersbrucker hops and Huell Melon hops were used in the boil. This beer is 4%.

1lb or Briess Rye, 4 oz of Flaked Rye, and 12 pounds of Liquid Rye Malt extract were used to give a triple Rye back bone to this beer. The hops used were Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy. I used T-58 yeast for its estery, somewhat peppery and spicy flavor that I thought would complement the Rye. This beer is 8%

The 2018 Apple harvest produced some beautiful Jonathan Golden Apples. This cider is young, and will not be fully finished until March, 2019. Enjoy the approx. 5% alcohol which is seasoned by a sweet, yet dry fruit juice. The yeast used is a traditional English Cider yeast. This cider would be paired well with a mellow cheese, on crackers.
