Sempervirens DIPA
Big bold and beautiful just like it’s impressive namesake the Coast Redwood. Sempervirens is a double IPA with a simple and clean malt bill with a load of hops pilled on top. 8.25% ABV & 100 IBU.

44 & 66…an IPA
…but not just any IPA. This west coast style IPA is crisp and clean with a slight citrus finish. And with just enough white wheat added to give it it’s light color and smooth mouth feel.

TREPIDATIOUS
Over the years this big bold ale has morphed into what it is today. With a crisp head and medium dark color, this malt forward beer has a caramel sweetness that is well balanced with a perfect hop combination. Allowing this ale to age a full year it has become the best beer you will drink today.

Peanut Butter Stout
Inspired by Belching Beaver – had to try it out – with some pretty tasty results! Dehydrated peanut butter lends body and flavor to an Imperial Stout base and then peanut butter extract rounds out the flavor and nose. A bit hoppier than I would have liked but overall a pretty tasting offering!
– Bob Mandel
Strawberry Champagne
Starting with a blond beer base, I add about 7 lbs of local organic strawberries for a good steep and then 1 week period of primary fermentation. That’s followed up with 2.5 lbs of locally sourced honey and champagne yeast for another couple weeks of secondary. Will enter this one for “local” beer contest

Really Big Red
This Imperial Red Ale has a big and rich mouth feel, not to be out done by the imperial level of kick. Although not the feature of this beer, locally grown Cascade Hops add the subtle flavor and aroma to help balance this colorful beverage.
